Your Glorious by Heidi accessory will arrive beautifully packaged and wrapped in crisp white tissue paper.
I would recommend that you store your accessory in it's original packaging and away from direct sunlight.
I always use non-tarnish components in my design, but if your accessory should appear dulled, or require cleaning, I recommend you clean your accessory using a specialist anti-tarnish jewellery polishing cloth.
My aim is to make sure that you adore your Glorious by Heidi accessory and therefore we won't need to talk refunds. However, I am aware that occasionally an item may be damaged or lost in transit, if this is the case, please email me immediately so I can take appropriate action: heidi@gloriousbyheidi.com
If you are not entirely satisfied with your accessory you can return it within seven days of receiving it for a full refund minus the cost of postage. This does not apply to bespoke orders.
