Returns & Refund Policy

Welcome to Glorious by Heidi! We strive to ensure our customers are delighted with their handcrafted wedding accessories. Please read our returns and refund policy carefully.

Product Variation Notice

Our products are handmade, and as such, slight variations from the website images may occur. However, all items will closely match the photos displayed on our website.

Non-Refundable Orders

  • Bespoke Orders

  • Customised Orders

  • Orders made via one of our stockists

Returns and Refund Procedure

  1. Request and Approval: All return requests must be made and approved via email before returning the purchase. Contact us at heidi@gloriousbyheidi.com for approval.

  2. Shipping Method: All returns must be sent using a tracked, signed-for service with insurance to cover the loss of the returned item.

  3. Unworn Condition: Items must be returned unworn, in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned.

International Orders

  • Customs Fees: Orders from countries outside the UK may incur customs fees once they reach your country’s port of entry. These fees, ranging from 10% - 30% of the purchase price, are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Non-Payment of Fees: If you choose not to pay these fees, the package will be returned to Glorious by Heidi. Any customs and carrier charges will be deducted from your refund. Evidence of charges will be sent as a receipt via email.

Damaged or Faulty Items

In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or faulty, we will replace, not refund, the item. Notify us via email within 14 days of delivery.

 

Refund Process

Agreed refunds will be issued within 14 days once the item has arrived safely and in the same condition as sent, via the same method originally used for payment.
